Born From a Belief That Every Child Matters
“No child should miss school because of a pad. No student should abandon their dream because of a fee.”
Let's Chat International Initiative was founded on the belief that access to dignity and education are not privileges — they are rights. We saw too many girls sitting out of class during their period. Too many bright students watching their university dreams fade because of exam fees they couldn't afford.
So we decided to do something about it. Through our two flagship programmes — Pad a Life and Impact a Life — we work directly in communities across Nigeria, delivering tangible, measurable change.
Vision & Mission
Anchored by a clear north star and a defined path to get there.
Our Vision
A Nigeria — and Africa — where no child is denied their right to dignity, health, and education. Where every girl can stay in school through her period, and every student can sit their exams and pursue their dreams without financial barriers holding them back.
Our Mission
To empower young lives and abolish barriers to dignity and education through our two flagship programmes — Pad a Life and Impact a Life — working in partnership with communities, schools, and changemakers across Nigeria.
Our Four Pillars
Everything we do is grounded in these core values.
Empowerment
We build confidence and agency in young people, helping them believe in their own worth and potential.
Education
We remove every financial and logistical barrier standing between a child and their right to learn.
Dignity
Every child deserves to live, learn, and grow with dignity. We refuse to accept anything less.
Sustainability
Our programmes are built to create lasting change, not short-term fixes.
